Lead Innovation in the Region by Making Exchanges with the World

The College of Engineering is a college that is very large in size - it has about 10,000 students, 228 faculty members, and 57 research, education, and industry-academia cooperation centers. The College produces the core human resources required by industry, including Korea's backbone industries, such as machinery, shipbuilding, and semiconductors.



Three NURI projects are being pursued with the support of the government, under which 5 billion won has been granted to provide scholarships and tuition support for undergraduate students. In addition, ten teams belonging to the College were selected to join Phase 2 of the BK21 projects. This means that a total of 10 billion won in scholarship support is provided per year to students in their masters or doctoral courses, helping them to pursue their dreams and ambitions. Through these efforts, PNU's College of Engineering is developing into a renowned engineering college that is leading technological innovation and is continuously reaching out to the world.
