■ INTRODUCTION of DEPARTMENT In the fierce international competition, organic material of engineering is basis of growth engine for next economy of Korea, which is applied to high-tech industries, based on basic science such as chemistry, physics, mathematics and biology. Using Synthetic resin made by crude oil, organic-inorganic materials, synthetic polymer and natural compound, it is applied to not only apparel, automobile and daily items, but also key components like fine chemistry product, memory semiconductor and TFT-LCD.
